THE LOGO! picturepicturepicturepicture

I feel as though you, the reader of this fine website, have really gotten to know me personally, and I feel that I have a firm grasp of your personality as well. I love you. So I figured I would give you a glimpse of what YOU can do to be at least marginally as cool as me. This is it ladies. THIS is how YOU can become...

No, no, no. Not a box of cereal, but Boo Berry HIMSELF! All of this can easily be done with items you already have in your house! Normally I would end this right now with a terrible joke like... just eat a big bowl of Boo Berry then get hit by a car or something and you will come back to life as Boo Berry! Which the more I think about it, I think it would work. Anyhow, what this here little write-up is going to focus on is how you can make a Boo Berry costume out of things that may already be right next to you. The first step is: collect materials. What you need is...

1 Blue Sheet
1 Black Marker
3 Sheets of white 8 x 11 1/2 paper
Crayons
A red satin Bow Tie
Scissors
Tape (preferably clear)

Once you have collected these we will need to begin constructing!

Step 1: Lay the sheet out flat and draw out a design similar to that of the drawing below. You can make your Boo Berry happier or sadder, depending on your own personal preference. Boo Berry's face looks a lot like Grimace's, think they are related? Maybe Boo Berry is Grimace's soul, the soul he sold to greasy french fries and cheeseburgers!

Step 2: Take your scissors and cut slits for your eyes, if you're like me and are going for absolute simulation of Boo Berry you will not cut very large holes, because everyone knows there isn't really a person under there. Also while you are cutting, cut a little hole not to far from the bottom of his mouth, this will be for the bow tie. If you are going to be drinking anything I would suggest cutting a hole near where your mouth will be as I found out liquid doesn't go through sheets as well as you would think it does. (except when it gathers in a pool on top of the sheet near your crotch, then it soaks right through, you don't want this, Boo Berry DOES NOT wet himself. (often))

Step 3: Now, a clip on type bow tie would be great here. Also the kind that you don't actually tie but they just buckle in the back would work good too. If you have a clip on, just clip it on. If you have the strap kind, insert the straps into the hole and tape it in place on the other side of the sheet. Right now, you should have a pretty good Boo Berry going on, but there's something missing... ah yes!

Step 4: THE HAT! This is where it gets really fun. Take the sheets of white paper and draw a circle slightly bigger than the top of your head. If you aren't quite sure how big the top of your head is, just walk up to a mirror, take a good look, and put your head down really fast, if you do it right, you will be able to see the top of you head. You can make a good guess from this. Once you have the circle cut it out. Now cut two strips about 3-4 inches wide the length of another sheet of paper. take your crayons and draw a red line about an inch from one side. Now make a circle a little bigger than the last one. Now cut out the circles.

Step 5: If you've done everything right, you should have two long strips of paper with a red line down each, a small circle cut out, and a larger circle cut out. Place the smaller circle on top of the bigger circle and trace it. Cut out the hole in the big sheet now and either throw away the inside or draw a funny face on it and say "I'ma woop your face sucka!" and stab it with the scissors. Now you are no longer angry. TIME TO COLOR! Color both circles all yellow. Now color the narrow stripe on the other pieces red and the other side yellow.

Step 6: You should have something similar to the picture above right now, except real, not a computer image. What you need to do is connect the two C's together with tape. Now begin taping this newly formed piece to the smaller circle with pieces of tape, once you have gotten all around it, cut off the excess paper and tape the two strips together. Now repeat the process with the bottom circle.

Step 7: Attach the hat to the sheet where the top of your head will be with tape, or staples or something.

NOW YOU'RE BOO BERRY!
